I hereby apply for membership of TuksAikido (Pretoria Aikikai, Hatfield dojo) and agree to comply with the following regulations by completing and submitting the form below:

 

• I agree to co-operate in creating a positive atmosphere of harmony and respect in the Dojo and to abide by the rules of the Dojo.

 

• Training is at my own risk. I will not hold the Aikikai, its Instructors, the University or AFSA liable for any injuries or losses I may sustain during courses or any of my training.

 

• To advise the Instructor in writing of any change of address.Please keep your details updated in the future by accessing the link which will be emailed to you after submitting this application.

    - AFSA fee of R350/annum compulsory with registration

    - University Pretoria Registration Fee of R150.00/annum for joining TuksAikido 
        (This amount will be paid on your behalf and is included with your mat fee below)

    - Mat fees of R300 monthly or R600 quarterly or R2000 annually
